Manufacturing & Supply Capacity

What is CHTMatcha's production capacity and supply stability?

We are a robust supplier with an annual matcha production capacity of 2,000 طن. Our facility is equipped to handle large-scale OEM/ODM orders while ensuring consistency. We utilize advanced processing techniques, including a production line capable of leaf cutting at 100-500 kg/h and precise temperature control during steaming and drying to preserve quality.

Our tea plantations are located in mid-to-low mountainous regions with an altitude of 300-1,500 meters. The environment features a warm, wettish climate with an average temperature of 15°C-25°C and annual precipitation of 1000-2000mm. The soil is acidic (PH 4.5-6.5), which is ideal for cultivating high-quality tea plants.

Our EU Standard Matcha is ground to an ultra-fine texture of 1200 Mesh, which allows for better absorption and a smoother mouthfeel compared to the standard Grade One Matcha (typically 800 Mesh).

Quality Assurance & Certifications

We prioritize food safety and hold a comprehensive range of international certifications, including ISO 22000, FDA Approved, HACCP, KOSHER, and HALAL.
